Begin by receiving your information, including your passport and flight ticket. The team will track your arrival time using specialized airline systems to ensure they're ready when you land. A staff member will be stationed at the landing visa area to assist you. Look for a sign with your name (or your group leader’s name) when you arrive, so they can immediately greet you. After landing, it will take about 20-30 minutes for you to reach the team inside the airport. They’ll handle your immigration procedures by taking your passport, assisting with necessary information, and completing forms. You can relax while the staff completes the visa process for you. You’ll be guided through a special immigration lane reserved for fast-track service guests. If you’ve opted for the options including 'Luggage Assistance & Escort', the staff will take care of collecting your luggage and escort you to your vehicle.
