Departure : 8:00 AM , 13:30 PM Destination : Hospital Cave, Cat Ba National Park 13:30 PM – Hotel Pickup Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in Cat Ba Town. Meet your friendly tour guide and driver, and hop into the vintage army jeep as we head to our first destination: Hospital Cave. 14:00 PM – Arrival at Hospital Cave (Hang Quan Y) Located in Hai Son village, approximately 10-13 km from Cat Ba Town (about a 15-minute ride), Hospital Cave was a secret underground military hospital used during the Vietnam War (1963-1965). Hidden inside a limestone mountain, the cave complex includes operating rooms, living quarters, and meeting halls that showcase the resourcefulness and ingenuity of wartime Vietnam. Duration: 30 minutes 14:30 PM – Drive to Cat Ba National Park Next, we drive towards Cat Ba National Park, a rich biodiversity hotspot that covers over half of the island. Home to tropical forests, wetlands, limestone karsts, and mangroves, this park is a sanctuary for over 1,500 plant species and rare wildlife, including the endangered Cat Ba langur, one of the rarest primates in the world. 15:00 AM – Hiking in Cat Ba National Park Embark on a scenic trek through lush tropical forests, limestone peaks, and diverse ecosystems. Breathe in the fresh mountain air as you enjoy the tranquility of the island. Along the way, you might catch sight of unique wildlife. Our hike will take us to Ngu Lam Peak, where you’ll be rewarded with panoramic views of Cat Ba’s rugged landscape. Duration: 2 hours 17:00 AM – Return to Cat Ba Town - Sunset from Road Flower After your trek, we’ll head back to Cat Ba Town in our vintage jeep. enjoy a scenic drive along the coastal road. If the weather is clear, witness a magical sunset over Lan Ha Bay and the limestone hills — the perfect end to your adventure. 17:30 PM – End of Tour Arrive back at your hotel, where the tour concludes.
