Itinerary – Full-Day Eco Adventure (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM) 8:00 AM – Pickup by eco-taxi from your hotel in Cat Ba Town Your day begins with a refreshing morning ride in an eco-taxi, gliding through the peaceful forest roads of Cat Ba Island. Feel the cool breeze and take in the scent of lush greenery as you head toward Cat Ba National Park. 8:30 AM – Drop-off at Cat Ba National Park gate Arrive at the park entrance — the gateway to your jungle adventure. Take a deep breath and prepare for an inspiring self-guided trek through the heart of Cat Ba’s UNESCO-protected biosphere. 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM – Self-guided trek to Viet Hai Village (8–10 km trail) Follow the marked forest trail at your own pace. Along the way, listen to tropical birds, spot butterflies, and admire limestone cliffs rising above dense jungle. This scenic route winds through bamboo groves and shaded valleys before opening up to stunning views near Viet Hai Village. 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Free time in Viet Hai Village (lunch at local restaurant, optional) Arrive at the tranquil Viet Hai Village — a hidden gem surrounded by rice fields and karst mountains. Enjoy a well-deserved rest, taste local dishes, or simply sit with a cold drink while watching everyday village life unfold around you. 2:30 PM – Boat journey through Lan Ha Bay Hop on a traditional boat and set sail through Lan Ha Bay, a quieter part of the famous Ha Long Bay.
