Description

Begin with a pickup from your hotel in Tam Coc, Ninh Binh City, or Trang An. Head to Phat Diem and meet a local nun. Visit the Phat Diem Cathedral, one of the most beautiful and unique cathedrals in Vietnam, and learn about its history. Continue to Dong Thai Village, passing through the picturesque countryside. Meet local people and enjoy a lunch at a local family home, savoring special local foods. After lunch, take a boat ride to Dong Thai Lake, the largest natural freshwater lake in Ninh Binh Province. Admire the attractive and poetic landscape, with undulating hills creating a fresh, airy, and cool atmosphere. Arrive at Ma Tien Mountain and climb nearly 100 stone steps to reach the cave entrance. Explore the cave, which has 3 open-air doors on the top of the mountain, making it bright, cool, and fresh. Discover the western chamber on the second floor of the cave, known as the place where the fairies live, and see the beautiful jade well with clear, cool water. After exploring the cave, return to Dong Thai boat station and enjoy free time for swimming or kayaking. Finally, head back to Tam Coc and be dropped off at your hotel.
