Begin your adventure with a pickup from your hotel in District 1. Head to your first stop, a local rooftop café inside an old French-era apartment. Sip on a Vietnamese iced coffee as you take in the city views. Next, visit a hidden bar rooftop. Enjoy a “bánh xèo mini” snack and a refreshing bia hơi (draft beer). Walk through small alleys and see daily street scenes. Head to your third stop, a rooftop noodle shop or small terrace. Try “bún thịt nướng” or “bánh canh cua.” End your evening with a local dessert, such as chè or coconut ice cream. Throughout the tour, learn about the daily life and architecture of old Saigon from your local guide.
