DescriptionExplore a part of the Halong Bay area that maintains its primitive, natural beauty on this 2-day, 1-night cruise to Lan Ha Bay. Day 1: Hanoi – Lan Ha Bay – Tra Bau – Overnight Area (L/D) 9:00 AM: Pick-up at your hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. 12:00 PM: Embark on your cruise ship at Cat Hai port. Savor a welcome drink and cruise briefing. 1:00 PM: Sit down in the dining room for a delicious lunch and a scrolling view of the wonderfully unique limestone towers passing by the windows. 3:15 PM: Visit Tra Bau area for 2 hours, where you can take a kayak onto the water to explore the area. Swimming is also available here. 5:00 PM: Return to the cruise to catch the gorgeous sunset and happy hour at the bar. Enjoy the cooking demonstration put on by the talented chef who will share tips and tricks for makin Vietnamese cuisine. 7:00 PM: Along with a fantastic dinner, enjoy a special performance of traditional Vietnamese music in the dining room. Before you retire to your cabin, you may wish to head to the bar, the spa, or join the crew for some squid fishing. Day 2: Lan Ha Bay – Dark & Bright Caves – Hanoi (B/L) 6:00 AM: Begin your day with a sunrise Tai Chi session on the top deck, run by the onboard Tai Chi teacher. 7:00 AM: Enjoy breakfast in the fresh air and peaceful beauty of the Bay. 8:15 AM: Some residents of the bay will show you their home by taking you to the Dark & Bright caves on sampan boats. 11:00 AM: Return to the ship and sit down for a lovely lunch buffet. 11:45 AM: Disembark from the cruise ship at the harbor, and board the bus to head back to Hanoi. 2:30-3:00 PM: Arrive at your drop-off point in Hanoi.
