Description

Begin your coffee journey by being greeted with a refreshing lemongrass orange cold brew and a short introduction to Saigon’s coffee culture. Learn about Vietnam’s Arabica and Robusta beans, how roasting levels affect flavor, and get to smell and touch beans at three different roast stages. Next, brew your own Vietnamese Phin coffee, learning how grind size, water ratio, and temperature influence balance and aroma. Then, make a modern twist such as Salted Coffee or Honey-Orange Pour-Over. Watch as the instructor demonstrates how to build layers of flavor. Taste and compare your drinks. Small teams judge each other’s creations, and the best one wins a 100 g bag of specialty coffee beans. Finally, take photos, receive a participation certificate, and enjoy your favorite cup before heading out.
