Your tour starts from your hotel at 9 AM and takes you into the heartland of Vietnam. Learn about the everyday lives of the local farming community and enjoy a cooking class, where you will make three delicious Vietnamese dishes. Stop to visit a bakery to learn how the locals make French baguettes and learn how rush mats are woven at a family business. Enjoy some local coffee and learn how it's grown in Vietnam. Listen to stories about Weasel coffee and why the locals drink their coffee with condensed milk. Visit a noodle factory to learn the local process of making noodles for pho. Visit a local market to select the ingredients for your cooking class and spend the second half of the day preparing the meal, eating, and relaxing at Chef Dat’s family house in the countryside, complete with an organic garden and bonsai trees. Your menu depends on which dishes you are interested in cooking. If you are not sure what you would like to cook, Chef Dat will give you some suggestions and will make sure you can find ingredients on your home town to surprise your family and friends.
