It’s a 3 hours mix of backstreet adventure, survival Vietnamese class, and an inside look at Saigon through food, stories, and a few unexpected moments: all 100% vegan-friendly! We’ll skip the tourist spots and head where locals actually eat: tiny stools, sizzling pans, laughing aunties, and the kind of flavors that never make it to Google.
