# Private Tour Option 8:00 am: Private Car and Tour Guide pick you up at your hotel. After a 40-minute drive, we reach Binh Khanh Ferry for a 20-minute boat ride to Can Gio. Along the 40-minute drive to Can Gio mangrove forest, you can enjoy the scenic beauty of the green trees. 10:00 am: Arrive at Can Gio mangrove forest. Spend quality time breathing in the fresh air and immersing in the daily lives of locals along the riverbanks. Learn about the mangrove forest's flora and various fauna species at the local fishing hamlet. Next, explore the forest by canoe to visit the Bats Lagoon, crab pond, and interact with a friendly herd of deer that you can feed. Proceed to the crocodile farm, where you'll observe the crocodile hatching process and even try angling for carnivorous crocodiles from a cruise boat. Afterward, reach the center of Vam Sat. Ascend Tang Bong tower for a panoramic view of the Vam Sat mangrove forest. For an added challenge, you can also venture onto a suspension bridge. Visit the area for Bird Conservation in the wild birds nesting season, more than 10.000 types of bird in 26 different species (from May to October). Conclude the morning visit with lunch at local restaurant, followed by relaxation before the afternoon segment of the Can Gio Mangrove Biosphere Reserve 1 Day Tour. 1:30 pm: Arrive at Monkey Island, home to over 1,000 monkeys. Engage with these playful creatures, feed them, and capture memorable photos as they interact with you, even climbing onto your shoulder. 3:30 pm: Return to Binh Khanh Ferry and proceed on the drive back to Saigon. The Can Gio Mangrove Biosphere Reserve 1 Day Tour concludes around 5 pm. # Group Tour Option Experience a visit to Can Gio Monkey Park, home to more than 1,000 monkeys. Take a speedboat to the 'Sac' guerilla camp, a popular tourist spot, and have a Vietnamese-style lunch. Start your day with pickup from your hotel in the center of District 1 and head to Can Gio, also known as Monkey Island. Once you arrive, visit the mangrove forest where over 1,000 monkeys live. Have the opportunity to feed and take photos with many monkeys that surround you and even climb on your shoulders. After that, take a short walk to the crocodile area where local people conserve many huge crocodiles from the 'American war'. There you can also try 'crocodile fishing' (This activity is only available on weekends at your own expense). Next, take a speed boat to 'Sac' guerilla camp, which was built in the deep jungle. The camp has now become a major tourist attraction and a unique experience for visitors to understand what jungle life was like during the war. After the tour, have lunch at a local restaurant. Spend some free time at a local seafood market where you can find various kinds of fresh seafood such as octopus, lobster, ray, and dried foods. Go swimming at the Can Gio Resort beside the market and sightsee around the beach. Finally, return to Ho Chi Minh City and finish the trip 5:30 PM.
