Pedal to the terrace of a private home in an organic village to gather herbs for a tasty cao lau noodle dish steeped in a savory broth unique to the city. Next, sample a sizzling banh xeo rice pancake at a local restaurant where you will be welcomed like family. Join the locals at a small restaurant along the river for a barbecue with views of the historic quarter. End the ride going through the Old Quarter and enjoy a sweet treat and warm farewell.
