Description

Start your tour with a 3-hour walk through Hanoi's old quarter with a local guide. Get an insight into the traditions of Vietnam’s food culture. Try our exquisite combination of Spring rolls, Pho rolls, pillow cake, shrimp cake, sweet donuts or deep fried fermented pork…served with a dish of raw vegetables and fish sauce. Next, we head on to try Vietnamese signature dish- Phở. But it’s not ordinary Phở soup, it’s mixed Phở with a special sauce. It can definitely bring you a whole new different taste. Have a taste Bánh Mỳ (a Vietnamese sandwich) with its delicious pate. And we can’t miss out on our traditional dessert- Chè. After the food tour, we'll end up at Cafe Minh (53 Lương Ngọc Quyến street) where you meet the teacher whom will teach you the way of making Egg coffee. Roll up your sleeves and prepare the ingredient. Here's some of the recipes we teach: - The internationally famous egg coffee. Labor-intensive and easily satisfying enough to make it well worth the work. learn the magic. - Hanoi-style expresso-strength milk coffee. Several small details make it great! - Saigon-style milk coffee. A tad sweeter than Hanoian with 3 secret drops. After class, feel free to stay to enjoy and compare your creations on our balcony or open front sidewalk area and compare your various creations as you plan your next adventure and if you need any of the making materials for take-home, we carry everything and can set you right up pronto. *Note: the order may change according to the tour guide, the weather or the places but in general will include 5 dishes!
