Begin your tour at Quán Thánh Temple, a significant Taoist temple in Hanoi. Marvel at the 3.7-tonne, 350-year-old bronze statue of Trấn Vũ, the Protector of the North. Stroll along Trấn Vũ Street, taking in the views of Trúc Bạch Lake. Learn about the history of the lake and the surrounding area as you walk to Châu Long Pagoda. Continue to Ngũ Xã island at the east end of the lake. Visit Thần Quang Pagoda and Ngũ Xã Communal House to discover the history of bronze casting, for which this area is famous.
