Spend 3 days cruising Ha Long Bay from Hanoi on a luxurious cruise. Explore some of the less-visited and more enchanting scenery of Ha Long Bay such as the Three Peaches Beach Area, Dark and Bright Cave, and Viet Hai Village.

Description

Day 1: Hanoi and Lan Ha Bay Begin with pickup from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter. From there, travel for 2.5 hours on a shuttle limousine bus to your cruise destination. Once there, enjoy a welcome drink while your Cruise Manager provides you with a brief introduction, including safety guidelines. After receiving your room key, you'll check-in to your room. A typical lunch in the luxury dining room will be served as the boat slowly makes its way through the bay. You can then head downstairs to the reception to take part in outdoor activities on the smaller tender. Whilst out on the boat, drop anchor for swimming or simply sunbathe on the deck. Kayaking is also available under the guidance of a local instructor. Following your afternoon activities, return to the cruise at 4:30PM and head to the sundeck to watch the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. That evening, take part in a cooking demonstration before sitting down to dinner. Following dinner, choose from a large selection of cocktails at the panoramic bar, or head to the entrance for squid fishing. Day 2: Lan Ha Bay and Viet Hai Village in Cat Ba Island Wake up early for sunrise, at which point you can enjoy a Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Breakfast will then be served accompanied by panorama views of the UNESCO World Heritage Site outside. Following breakfast, head out for the day on a smaller boat on which you will cruise along Lan Ha Bay. Later, transfer to Cat Ba Island where you can go cycling through Viet Hai Village to discover the local way of life. Head back to the boat for lunch, before kayaking around a small fishing village and swimming in the waters of Lan Ha Bay. Between 4:30PM-5:00PM, say goodbye to your day-crew as you return to your cruise. That evening, take part once more in the sunset party and cooking demonstration, before sitting down for dinner and relaxing for the evening. Day 3: Lan Ha Bay, Halong Bay, and Hanoi On your final day, choose to wake up early once more for Tai Chi before breakfast. You'll then visit the Dark and Bright Cave by tender and visit the small floating house before taking the opportunity to explore the cave on a local bamboo boat rowed by locals. Upon returning to the cruise, pack your luggage before checking out of your room and returning your room key. Brunch is then served, after which you leave the cruise to return to the harbor. Return to Hanoi around midday, at which point you will be dropped off to your hotel in the Old Quarter.
