Start your day with an early morning pick up from your hotel and begin driving north out of Hue. After a break at La Vang to see the Basilica of Our Lady of La Vang, continue through the demilitarized zone of Quang Tri, near the Ben Hai River between the historic North and South Vietnam. Your drive takes you past the McNamara Line, used by the United States during the Vietnam War, as well as the Hien Luong Bridge that crosses Ben Hai River in the 17th Parallel. Sit down for lunch in the town of Xuan Son before arriving finally at Paradise Cave, known locally as Hang Thien Duong. Discovered in 2005, the cave totals 19 miles in length, making it the longest dry cave in Asia. Follow your guide inside to see the fantastic limestone stalagmites and stalactites that naturally decorate the caverns. Walk through the ethereal landscapes, admire ancient formations.
