Inspired by the occasion that is American Independence Day, Saigon Café Restaurant will introduce an American themed night every Friday and Saturday in July.
Dine on a selection of American gourmet dishes including poached shrimp with cocktail sauce, Turkey cob salad, barbequed chicken with garlic sautéed peppers, Kansas City ribs, New York corn and seafood chowder, and more.
Most importantly, there will be lobster cooked to order every Friday night and seared foie gras with pineapple jam available every Saturday night in July. Mouth-watering US style desserts such as mini New York cheesecake samplers, rice pudding, red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, pumpkin cream brulée and coconut cream tart will also satisfy your appetite.
