Description

Join this 2-day trekking adventure that takes you deep into the hidden corners of Sa Pa, where nature, culture, and local life blend beautifully. Starting from Sa Pa Stone Church, your journey begins with a scenic walk to Suoi Ho Village, a peaceful area just outside Sa Pa town. Here, local villagers grow fresh artichokes, vegetables, and fruits that are sold at Sa Pa Market every morning. Continue to Sua Pua Village, where you’ll stop for a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, visit the ancient banyan tree, the largest and oldest in all of Sa Pa. Surrounding it are traditional wooden houses and a small local school where children often play — a truly heartwarming sight that reflects the simple and joyful life of the mountain people. As the afternoon unfolds, trek onward to Sa Xéng Village, a remote valley community that remains isolated from the outside world. Life here is quiet and pure — villagers grow their own food and live in harmony with nature. By late afternoon, you’ll arrive at Hang Đá Village, where you’ll spend the night at Pang Homestay, a simple yet cozy Hmong home nestled among the hills. Dinner will feature homemade local dishes such as fried spring rolls, tofu, stir-fried chicken with bell peppers, and pork — all made with fresh mountain ingredients. On the second day, enjoy a peaceful morning with a light breakfast of wheat pancakes, honey, and fruit before resuming your trek. Walk through Hau Chu Ngai Village, perched beautifully on the hillside, and cross serene bamboo fields. Along the way, you’ll be rewarded with panoramic views over the stunning Muong Hoa Valley, with Lao Chai and Ta Van villages spread out below. Your final stop is Hau Thao Village, home to the Black Hmong people. Learn about the traditional Gầu Tào Festival, celebrated every February during the Lunar New Year to pray for health and happiness. After lunch, your car will pick you up and take you back to Sa Pa town — completing an unforgettable journey of nature, culture, and local connection.
